Christoph Kehle received his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge in 2020 before he joined the ITS during 2020-2021. In the academic year 2021-2022, he has been a member of the School of Mathematics at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton.

He is interested in analysis, geometry, and partial differential equations, specifically in the context of general relativity. His works show a novel connection of Diophantine approximation arising from small divisors to the Strong Cosmic Censorship conjecture in general relativity. Recently, he has also been working on a proof of a turbulent nonlinear instability for AdS black holes.
